It was a beautiful clear day and I chose to sit right at the window, watching aircraft's being loaded or taking off. I've always loved airports - especially at the boarding gates!
...but the WORST thing a passenger wants to hear is: "Ladies & Gentleman this announcement is for passengers for Flight xxx to Dubai. We regret to inform you that there will be a delay. A further announcement will be made soon."
I'd never really experienced a delay for an international flight and decided to simply take it in my stride....
